We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, and an additional 233 countries and territories worldwide, covering global mainstream regions.

Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping - Transit Time: 5–8 business days after order fulfillment - Cost: Free shipping, subject to minimum order amount requirements - Note: Business days exclude weekends, national public holidays, and international customs clearance delays. Customs processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Express Shipping - Flat Rate Fee: $15.00 per order - Faster transit speed compared to standard shipping; exact delivery time varies by destination country - All express shipping fees are non-refundable for any reason, including order cancellation, returns, and exchanges after dispatch.

Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for warehouse processing, packaging, and dispatch before entering transit. Processing delays may occur during holiday promotions, flash sales, or inventory restocking periods.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, an automated email containing full tracking information will be sent to your checkout email address. You can check real-time shipment status via the provided tracking link.

International Shipping Terms

All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local handling charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We do not cover any cross-border import fees. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, regional logistics restrictions, or unforeseen transit issues.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Valid claims require tracking numbers and photos of damaged packaging or defective items. We reserve the right to resolve eligible claims with product replacements or store credit.
